This isn't coaching or a peer group. It's an advisor relationship. You bring me a decision, I help you think through it. Sessions can include your CTO, VP, or whoever else should be in the room.

What you get
Two strategy calls a month
60 minutes each, every two weeks, on Zoom. Send me context the day before so we can get into it on the call. Solo or with your team.
Async access between calls
Send me a Loom or a written question when something's fresh. I'll respond within 48 hours via email or Slack. This is where most of the work happens. Especially when your team is waiting on a decision and it can't wait two weeks for the next call.
An AI-era advisor
My business runs on Claude, Cursor, and a stack of skills I built myself. I publish a weekly podcast and a weekly newsletter, and run sales, mostly with AI doing the heavy lifting. So when you're figuring out what to build with agents vs hire for vs buy off the shelf, I can tell you what's actually working for me right now.

I've spent the last 10 years interviewing SaaS founders for The SaaS Podcast. 500+ conversations, plus a decade of direct work with founders building and scaling. So when you bring me a decision, I've usually seen something close to it before. Probably more than once.
What this isn't
- I don't produce decks, audits, or work product. You execute. I help you figure out what to focus on.
- I'm not on-call. 48-hour async response is the deal.
- I don't take board seats or accept equity in lieu of cash.
- I'm not a fractional CMO, COO, or anything else. If you need an operator, hire one.
Investment
$5,000 per month
6-month minimum
- Two 60-minute strategy calls per month (solo or with your team)
- Async access via email and Slack (48-hour response)
- Continue month-to-month after the first 6 months
The current rate is $5,000/month. The next 3 clients lock it in for as long as they stay with me. After that, the rate goes to $7,500/month.
