Does this sound familiar?
Are you a CEO or founder of an early-stage SaaS company? If so, you know firsthand the unique challenges and pressures that come with building and scaling a business.
It can be overwhelming trying to juggle all of the responsibilities that come with running a company, especially in the fast-paced and constantly evolving world of SaaS.
You're most likely dealing with many of these challenges:
- Difficulty generating leads and driving sales
- Lack of a clear or effective marketing strategy
- Uncertainty around product-market fit
- Lack of clear goals or a cohesive growth plan

- Poor product positioning or differentiation in the market
- Lack of a strong or unique value proposition

- Struggles in staying up-to-date with industry trends & technology

Frequently Asked Questions
Who is your ideal client?
My ideal client is an early-stage B2B SaaS company generating over $50K MRR. I typically work directly with the founder/CEO and sometimes their direct reports.
How many clients do you work with at one time?
To provide the best possible service to my clients, I prefer keeping things on a smaller scale. I generally work with at most 5 clients at any given time.
How long does a typical engagement typically last?
The duration of my advising engagements can vary widely, with some lasting more than a year. However, for new clients, I ask for a 3-month minimum commitment.
Do you have a structured approach to your service?
No. I customize my advising approach for each client, based on their situation. Rather than offering a cookie-cutter approach, I prioritize listening, learning, and gathering context before making recommendations.
How do we begin our relationship?
After we have a free consultation call to ensure that we are a good fit for each other, I ask that you pay for the first month. Then, we will schedule a kickoff call to deep-dive into your business, including your goals, challenges, etc.
How frequently do we meet during the engagement?
Based on the package you choose, we will clients weekly or bi-weekly. In addition to these regular meetings, you can also contact me via text or email at any time for guidance or support. I usually respond right away, but I guarantee a response within 24 hours.
How long is a typical advisory session?
Sessions with me usually last for an hour, but I am flexible and can accommodate shorter meetings if that is what you need. If you only require 15 or 30 minutes of my time, that's perfectly fine.
How can I get help in between sessions?
Feel free to reach out to me as often as you require guidance or support. It is my goal to be available to provide strategic advice whenever you need it. Some clients prefer to contact me weekly, while others reach out more frequently. Just let me know how I can best assist you, and I'll do my best to accommodate your needs.
What is your availability for sessions?
I am usually available between 10am and 4pm Pacific Time Monday to Friday. If you need to reach me outside of these hours, I will do my best to accommodate. You'll have access to a private Calendly link to book the sessions.
Are there any services that you don't offer?
As an advisor, I don't provide traditional consulting services that come with deliverables. Instead, I focus on providing strategic guidance and support.
What is your rate?
My advising packages are priced from $3,000 to $5,000 per month (depending on the number of meetings included). Both options include 1 hour monthly meetings, as well as access to me via phone, email, and text from 10am to 4pm Pacific Time, Monday to Friday. Both packages require a minimum 3-month commitment.
