How is this different from Launch?

Launch is for founders getting to their first $10K MRR. Mastermind is for founders scaling from there toward $1M ARR. Different stage, different work, different room.

How is this different from the Advisor service?

Mastermind is a peer room plus me. Advisor is me, privately, with you and your team, no room. The same founder could want either. Which one you want tells you which one fits.

My pricing model is breaking because of AI. Is that what we’d work on?

Yes, directly. Per-seat pressure and the move to usage or outcome pricing is one of the most common live problems at this stage right now. You bring the real situation, we work the decision.

Everyone is shipping AI-native competitors into my space. Can a mastermind help with that?
