SaaS Club Mastermind
The Playbook That Got You to 6-Figures Won't Get You to 7
A small peer group for B2B SaaS founders between $10K and $50K MRR who are tired of making every decision alone. Bi-weekly working sessions, direct access between calls, and a clear plan for the path to $1M ARR.
You Don't Need More Content. You Need Clarity.
You've figured out how to build a product people pay for. You've crossed $10K MRR. You're not a beginner anymore.
But right now? You're probably second-guessing every decision. Wondering if you're focused on the wrong things. Working harder but watching revenue flatline.
The tactics that got you here aren't working anymore. And the path forward isn't obvious. Should you hire? Raise prices? Double down on one channel or diversify? Build that feature customers keep asking for, or ignore it?
You're not crashing. You're stable. Maybe even growing. But the levers you keep pulling don't seem to move anything anymore. One founder told me his business is “stable but unresponsive to any of the levers I use to grow it.” Another said “the train wheels could come off at any time.” A third had his “best year ever in 2025” and is now watching revenue stagnate. None of them is doing the wrong amount of work. They're all doing the wrong work.
And you're making these calls alone. “Alone” is the slowest, most exhausting way to scale a SaaS company.
The Room You Don't Have Yet
SaaS Club Mastermind is how you get to $1M ARR faster. You'll join a small group of founders, all running real B2B SaaS businesses between $10K and $50K MRR, all scaling toward seven figures, and work alongside them (and me) to solve the problems that are actually holding you back.
Most paid masterminds break one of three ways: too generic, too mixed-stage, or too full of coaches selling to each other. SaaS Club Mastermind is small (so you actually get airtime), specifically for B2B SaaS founders at this exact stage (so the room is at your level), and personally vetted by me (because the quality of the room is the product).
This isn't a course. There's no content library to binge. You're here to get unstuck, make better decisions, and move faster because you've got people in your corner who've seen the movie before.
3 Things You Need to Scale
01
A Plan You Trust
Most founders between $10K and $50K MRR are pulling levers that worked last year and aren’t working now. Maybe it’s a pricing rethink you keep going back and forth on. Maybe it’s a sales hire you’re not sure was the right call, or a channel that’s plateaued. We start with a 1:1 strategy session where we map your actual situation and pick the one or two things that move the number, so you’re not guessing what to focus on Tuesday morning.
02
A Room of Operators at Your Stage
Bi-weekly calls with founders running real B2B SaaS companies between $10K and $50K MRR, all scaling toward $1M ARR. These are real operators, not aspiring founders or coaches selling to each other. Everyone in the room is working on the same pricing, hiring, and GTM problems you are, this week.
03
An Advisor Who’s Seen the Movie
Between calls, message me directly. Stuck on a pricing decision? Weighing whether to hire? Need a gut check on a renewal you’re about to discount? You’ve got someone who’s seen 500+ founder journeys via The SaaS Podcast and worked directly with hundreds of bootstrapped founders. The pattern recognition is the unfair advantage.
What You Get in Mastermind
Bi-Weekly Mastermind Calls
Every two weeks, 60 minutes on Zoom. Share wins, take the hot seat on your biggest challenge, and get real input from peers solving the same problems. These are working sessions, not networking fluff.
Direct Access to Omer
Stuck on a pricing decision at 11pm? Weighing a hire that could be six figures wrong? Need a second opinion on a renewal discount before you reply? Reach me by DM or email. The mastermind isn’t the product. I am.
1:1 Strategy Session
Before your first group call, we meet one-on-one to map your current business, find your biggest bottlenecks, and set your priorities. You walk away with a clear plan. And I understand your business well enough to support you all year.
Member-Only Backchannel
A small, members-only space to ask questions, share resources, and trade notes between calls with founders who get what you’re building.
Frameworks & AI Workflows
Practical frameworks built around what the group is actually working through, plus AI workflows for moving faster with a small team. Not a content library that collects dust.
Who's Behind This?

Omer Khan
I'm Omer Khan, founder of SaaS Club and host of The SaaS Podcast, one of the top-ranked podcasts for SaaS founders with over 483 episodes since 2014.
Over the past decade, I've interviewed founders who've scaled from zero to exit, bootstrapped to millions, and navigated every challenge you're facing right now. I've also worked directly with hundreds of bootstrapped SaaS founders through my community and coaching programs. Before SaaS Club, I spent years at Microsoft, where I learned what scaling looks like from the inside, and what breaks when companies don't do it right. The pattern recognition is what you're paying for.
I built this mastermind because I've seen too many founders get stuck between $10K and $50K MRR. Not because they lack talent or work ethic. Because they're making hard decisions in isolation, with no template for the next leg to $1M ARR. The fastest path through this stage is with a peer group and a mentor who's seen the movie before. That's what this is.
Stop Scaling Alone
The hardest part of scaling a SaaS isn't the tactics. It's the isolation. Your team looks to you for answers. Your spouse or cofounder can't really weigh in on a pricing model or a sales hire. Your friends think you've already “made it.”
Inside Mastermind, you'll find founders navigating the exact same stage, the same hiring decisions, pricing questions, and growth challenges. They'll push your thinking, share what's working for them, and hold you accountable to your goals.
I vet every application because the quality of this group depends on who's in it. When you join, you'll be surrounded by founders who are serious, generous with their experience, and actually invested in helping each other. That's the room I'm building.
The Investment
Mastermind is a paid program. Apply and I'll send a confirmation email right after with the full details, including cost.
Is This The Right Fit?
This is for you if:
- You’re running a B2B SaaS doing $10K to $50K MRR
- You’ve proven the business works and now you want to scale it
- You’re tired of making every decision alone
- You’re willing to be open about your challenges and help others with theirs
- You see this as an investment in reaching $1M ARR faster
This is not for you if:
- You’re pre-revenue or still searching for product-market fit
- You’re under $10K MRR (check out SaaS Club Launch instead)
- You want a course with a curriculum to follow
- You want 1:1 only and don’t see value in a peer group
- You’re only interested in learning from founders bigger than you
- You’d rather lurk than contribute
- You can’t commit to showing up consistently
Frequently Asked Questions
How many people are in the cohort right now, and what’s the cap?
The cohort is intentionally small. There isn’t a hard cap because there isn’t a magic number, but the room will always stay small enough that everyone gets airtime on every call. If we ever outgrow that, I’d open a second cohort rather than dilute this one.
What if I join and don’t get value?
The first 60 days are the fit window. We do the 1:1 strategy session and you’ll be on a few calls. If by then it’s clear the work isn’t moving your business, tell me and we’ll part on good terms. I’d rather refund you than keep someone in a room they don’t want to be in.
Can I do 1:1 only?
No. The mastermind isn’t a 1:1 program with group calls bolted on. The room is the leverage. Most of the value comes from sitting in on other founders’ decisions and sharing yours. If you specifically want 1:1 only, this isn’t the right fit.
I’m already in another mastermind. Why this one?
Two reasons most people switch. First, this room is specifically B2B SaaS founders between $10K and $50K MRR scaling toward $1M ARR. It’s not a mixed-stage room of consultants, infopreneurs, and pre-revenue founders. Second, I’m in your inbox between calls, not just on stage. If your current mastermind is working, stay there. If you’re paying for a Slack channel and a monthly Zoom and getting neither airtime nor real input, that’s the gap this fills.
What if I can’t make every call?
Calls are recorded and shared with members. But the real value comes from showing up live, both for your own challenges and to contribute to others. If you know upfront you’ll miss most calls, this probably isn’t the right fit.
How is this different from other masterminds?
Three things: the group is small (so you actually get airtime), I’m actively involved (not just a facilitator who disappears), and it’s specifically for B2B SaaS founders between $10K and $50K MRR scaling toward $1M ARR. Everyone in the room is navigating the same journey.
What if I’m not sure I’m at the right stage?
If you’re doing $10K to $50K MRR and want to scale toward $1M ARR, you’re in the right range. If you’re earlier than that, check out SaaS Club Launch. It’s designed for founders working toward their first $10K MRR.
What’s the time commitment?
One 60-minute call every two weeks, plus whatever time you spend in the backchannel or messaging me between calls. Most members find the calls are the highest-leverage hour of their month.
Who runs the program?
It’s me. Omer Khan. I’m on every call, I answer every DM, and I’m personally invested in your progress. This isn’t a program where you buy access and never hear from the founder.
What happens after 12 months?
You can renew to continue with the mastermind calls, backchannel, and direct access. Founding members keep their current rate locked in for as long as they stay. Future members renew at whatever the current price is at the time.
