How It Works
How Accelerate works
1. Start with your 1:1 kickoff
Everything begins with a 60-minute 1:1 session. You fill out a short prep form before we meet, including your current numbers, so we start with a baseline, not guesswork. On the call, we work out where your growth is stalling and the 2-3 blockers behind it. Within 2 business days, I send you a written 30-day plan: those 2-3 things, in order, and the one to start now. In week one, we extend that plan into your full 90-day roadmap.
2. Execute your first 90 days
You start executing from day one. Every two weeks there's a live group coaching call with founders at your stage. Bring what you're working on and get direct feedback, or join to hear what's working in other founders' businesses, because their last problem is usually your next one. Come when you need it; the calls are one of three ways to get help, not an obligation.
3. Get unstuck between calls
You have direct access to me via DM and email all year. Hit a wall on Tuesday? You don't wait two weeks. Most founders stall for weeks when they get stuck. Here, you get an answer the same day.
4. Measure what changed
On day 90, we look at the same numbers we benchmarked on day 1: your MRR, your growth rate, and the metric your bottleneck showed up in. You see exactly what moved, and what to work on next.
5. Keep compounding for the rest of the year
Accelerate is a 12-month program; the sprint is just how it starts. After day 90 we go to work on whatever's next: the next bottleneck, the next pricing decision, the next channel. You keep the bi-weekly calls, the direct access, and the community all year. Fixing one constraint usually surfaces the next one, and this is built for that.

Three ways to get coaching
Most SaaS coaching is one fixed call a week, whether you need it or not. Accelerate works the way you actually get stuck: sometimes you need an answer today, sometimes you need a working session, sometimes you just need to see how another founder solved it.
So there are three ways to get help. DM or email me directly and get an answer the same day. Bring your challenge to a bi-weekly group coaching call. Or post it in the community and hear from founders who've already been through it. Use whichever fits the problem and your week.
And it all starts 1:1. The kickoff session goes deep on your business before any of the group work begins.
What This Isn't
This isn't a course. There's no curriculum and no content library to binge. We work on your business, your decisions, your numbers. The agenda comes from you, not a syllabus.
And this isn't a community of aspiring founders or coaches selling to each other. It's operators at your stage. That's the whole point, and it's why every application is vetted.
It's also not one of those programs where you get assigned to a cohort and a junior coach, and the group runs itself. There are no cohorts and no hired coaches. I lead every call myself, and I know every founder in the community: your business, your numbers, what you're stuck on. That starts in your 1:1 kickoff and stays true all year.

I'm the founder of SaaS Club and host of The SaaS Podcast: 485+ in-depth conversations with B2B SaaS founders since 2014.
Twelve years means I've watched this category survive more than one supposed extinction. Mobile, no-code, now AI. How is this different from Launch?
Launch is for founders getting to their first $10K MRR. Accelerate is for founders scaling from there toward $1M ARR. Different stage, different work.
Why work with a SaaS coach instead of a general business coach?
Generic business coaching gives you frameworks. SaaS coaching is pattern recognition: pricing and packaging, churn, founder-led sales, product-led vs sales-led growth, AI-native competition. I've spent twelve years interviewing and coaching SaaS founders, so we skip the part where you explain what MRR is and go straight to the decision.
How does joining work?
All by email. You apply, we trade a few emails about your business, and if it's a fit I'll walk you through the next steps and send you the full details. There are no sales calls.
What does it cost?
I share the investment during the application conversation, once we both know it's a fit. If you'd rather get a feel for working with me before applying, book a Clarity Session: it's credited in full toward Accelerate if you join within 60 days.
If I book a Clarity Session, do I have to join Accelerate?
No. The session stands on its own and plenty of founders get what they need from it. If Accelerate is the right next step, I'll tell you, and the decision is yours.
What if I don't fit in with the cohort I join?
There are no cohorts to get assigned to, and no junior coaches running them. Everyone is in one community, and I lead every call myself. I know every founder in the group, their business, their strengths, and where they're stuck, starting from your 1:1 kickoff. And every application is vetted, so the founders around you are operators at your stage. Fit is handled before you ever join a call.
Do I have to attend every call?
No. The calls are one of three ways to get help, along with DM access to me and the community. Some founders make every call; others drop in when they're working through something. Use whichever channel fits the problem and your week.
When does it start?
When you do. Your kickoff happens within days of joining, your 90-day roadmap comes out of week one, and you join the next bi-weekly call. There's no cohort to wait for.
My pricing model is breaking because of AI. Is that what we’d work on?
Yes, directly. Per-seat pressure and the move to usage or outcome pricing is one of the most common live problems at this stage right now. You bring the real situation, we work the decision.
Everyone is shipping AI-native competitors into my space. Can coaching help with that?
Yes. The answer isn’t a faster build. It’s positioning, moat, pricing, and where you choose to compete. That’s the work, and it’s the work that doesn’t have an obvious answer in a thread.
Can I do 1:1 only?
No. Your kickoff is 1:1 and you have direct DM and email access to me all year, but the coaching calls are group format. That's deliberate: other founders' problems are a preview of yours.
