Private coaching on your business, your numbers and your decisions. Most of the work happens between calls.
Step 1
Kickoff strategy session
We start with a deep dive on your business. We set your 3‑5 most important goals, find what's really holding you back, and turn it into a written 90‑day plan.
Step 2
Calls every 2 weeks
30 minutes to review what moved, what didn't, and what's in your way, then agree what you'll do next. Each call ends with assignments and due dates.
Step 3
Direct access in between
Email me any time, about a pricing decision, a sales email or a hire. I'll reply within 1 business day.

I started The SaaS Podcast in 2014. Since then I've interviewed 497 founders and asked each one the same thing: what actually worked? Not the polished version. The real one.
In the last couple of years, a lot of those conversations have been about AI. I've talked to AI‑native founders, to established B2B SaaS companies rebuilding their business around it, and to early‑stage founders working out what to build, where their moat is, and how to stand out in a crowded market.
