1. Apply and lock in your session
A short application (about a minute), then your $500 payment locks in your spot. Within one business day, I'll personally email you your booking link, along with a short prep form: your numbers, what feels stuck, what you've already tried. The form takes about 10 minutes and it's due 24 hours before our call (no form, we reschedule). It means we spend our 60 minutes solving instead of explaining.
2. We get to work
Growth stalls in one of three places: the growth engine, demand, or you. On the call, we work out which one is holding you back, and the 2-3 blockers inside it. I've interviewed over 485 SaaS founders and coached hundreds more. Whatever you're stuck on, I've almost certainly seen it before.
3. You get your 30-Day Clarity Plan
Within 2 business days of our call, I send you a written 30-Day Clarity Plan: the 2-3 things holding you back (not the 20 you could work on), a simple ordered plan to fix them, and the one thing to start now, with the exact tools and resources for it. Not notes from a call. A plan you can start the same day.
