SaaS Club Traction
Find Your Repeatable Way to Get Customers. In 90 Days.
Anyone can build a SaaS now. Getting people to pay is the hard part. Traction is a 90-day program to find the one channel that brings you customers on repeat, backed by a full year of coaching.
For founders with an AI-powered SaaS, an AI-native product, or an agency where AI does the delivery.
Building Isn't the Hard Part Anymore
Two years ago, building a SaaS meant hiring a developer or spending nights learning to code. Now you describe what you want and ship a working product in a weekend. Cursor, Claude Code, Lovable, take your pick.
Which means the hard problems moved.
If you can build it in a weekend, so can the next hundred founders staring at the same problem. Different has to come from somewhere other than the code.
And you can test 20 ideas in a quarter now. The hard part is knowing which one to back. Pick wrong and the quarter is gone.
Getting real traction is a customers, pricing, and judgment problem now. That's exactly what Traction is built for.
The problem isn't that you're too slow
Everyone can move fast now. The trap is moving fast in ten directions at once. A new landing page on Monday, a different AI tool on Tuesday, a cold outbound test on Wednesday you abandon by Friday.
That's not traction. That's motion. And when you finally sit down to fix it, you ask AI what to do. It gives you a confident answer that sounds right and moves nothing, because it has no skin in your business and can't sit across from your customers.
Getting customers on repeat comes down to a channel doing three things. When it isn't working, it's broken in one of exactly three places.
The three places a channel breaks
Not enough of the right people see it. You can’t get in front of enough of the people who’d actually pay. A trickle of the wrong crowd is the same as nobody.
They see it and don’t care. The ones who do see it scroll right past. The message or the offer isn’t landing.
They care but don’t buy. Interest that never turns into payment. They nod, they stall, they go quiet.
Fix the right one, in the right order, and you have a channel.
“I was spinning in a losing cycle - losing money, losing time. The program helped me get my focus straight and gave me momentum I could never have generated on my own. I learned to stop selling features and start selling how the software makes the customer’s life easier. That shift changed everything. As a solo founder, I had no one to bounce ideas off, no one to share victories with, no one to unpack losses. Now I have like-minded founders all over the world who actually want to listen and help each other. And having to report to the group every week lights a fire under my procrastination - knowing I want to share my progress keeps me pushing forward.”

How Traction Actually Works
This isn't a course to binge. You don't need more information. You can get that free from AI in seconds. You need a method for finding the one way to get customers that works for your business, and someone reading your results every week.
A channel does three jobs, in this order.
01
Reach
Get in front of the right people. Not a trickle of the wrong crowd. The specific person who would actually pay for this.
02
Message
Make them care. Lead with a pain they feel, the outcome they want, and a reason to believe it’s real.
03
Close
Turn interest into payment. A clear offer, the real objection handled, and an easy yes.
You find your channel by running experiments, not guessing
Every week is a small experiment. You reach some of the right people, with one message and one offer, then you look at what happened.
Nobody saw it? That's a reach problem. They saw it and didn't care? Message. They cared and didn't buy? Close. You fix the one thing that broke and run it again. Small, fast, cheap, until a channel clicks. Then you run it once more to prove it wasn't luck.
On day one we set the number that means you've got it. Something like five customers from one channel, two cycles running, at an effort you can keep up. That's your finish line, and we don't stop until you cross it.
Most founders find their channel in about 90 days. Then you've got the rest of the year to build on it.
“I spent 2 years procrastinating and overthinking ‘what ifs’ that never happen. Within 2 months of joining SaaS Club Traction, I had an MVP and hit $3.5K MRR. The hot seats are game-changing. You come in focused on one problem and you’ll leave with solutions that weren’t even on your radar. And whatever challenge comes up (code, sales, marketing) I’ve got a community of founders ready to help me solve it. Easily one of the best investments I’ve made in the last three years.”

The Guarantee
Make more progress in your next 90 days than you did in the last twelve months.
Then keep stacking 90-day wins for a full year.
And if you're doing the work and it still hasn't clicked when the year is up, I don't walk away. You keep everything, the calls, the feedback, all of it, until you've got customers coming in on repeat.
I only win when you do.
“We believed our deep industry knowledge and clear strategy meant we didn’t need an external mentor or program. But joining SaaS Club Traction proved us wrong and transformed our perspective. It expanded our outreach, growing our customer base from a handful to hundreds. It helped us move past our skepticism, providing tools we continue to use. It’s like a video game tutorial: it gets you ready to play right away, avoiding common mistakes.”

“As many founders do, we believed our industry and use case was ‘special’ and assumed SaaS Club Traction wouldn’t apply to us. But we were wrong. It helped us grow from a few customers to hundreds in just a few months. We really appreciated the emphasis on ‘doing’ and adopting a mindset of action, review, and learning. Omer taught us that launching a less-than-perfect product and improving it later is better than waiting for the ‘right time’ - which doesn’t exist! Just want to say thank you! We believe it was worth every penny and would recommend it to any SaaS founder.”

A 90-day sprint with a finish line
On day one we set the number that means you’ve got a repeatable channel. From then on you always know if you’re winning, and so do I.
Weekly group coaching calls
Every Thursday at 12pm ET. Bring the thing you’re stuck on. Walk out with the next move, not more questions. All calls recorded if you can’t make it live.
Direct access to Omer
Email me when you’re stuck. DM me when you need a gut check. Most replies inside 24 hours.
AI workflows that actually work
For customer research, positioning, and outreach. The ones that feed on your real customers and real numbers, not the ones that generate confident guesses.
Community at your stage, and lifetime access
Founders working through the same hard things in real time. I read every application, so the room stays worth being in. Every bit of the training stays yours after the 12 months.
“Joining SaaS Club Traction was a significant decision, given my concerns about potentially wasting time and money. The outcome exceeded my expectations: I launched my product and secured a $10k customer within months. The coaching sessions were invaluable, offering a space to exchange ideas, face challenges, and receive help. I highly recommend this program to anyone with a SaaS business, as it delivers the essential framework and steps needed to grow. And Omer is amazing!”

Stop Figuring It Out Alone
The hardest part of early-stage SaaS isn't the tactics. It's the isolation. No co-founder to talk decisions through with. Friends and family who don't get it. X threads that make everyone else look like they've figured it out.
Inside Traction you'll find founders at your stage who know exactly what you're going through, and a coach who reads your results and tells you the hard thing you don't want to hear. I vet every application because the quality of this group depends on who's in it.
“SaaS Club Traction has given us an in-depth education and strong foundation for our company. Omer has shared practical advice on many issues, from big-picture concerns like how to position our product in relation to competitors, to line edit tweaks in sales emails. As a small bootstrapping team, it’s easy for our time to get diluted by all of the possible business tasks we could be working on. Omer has also helped us figure out what we should *not* be doing at this early stage, and has given us a concrete plan to pursue.”

“Every few months there’s a blockbuster idea that comes up in our calls that takes my business up a full step. The program has paid for itself many times over. Omer brings a powerful combination of deep tactical knowledge and steady strategic thinking. And the group is large enough for diversity but small enough that everyone gets a chance to contribute. I’ve found genuine friends who help me work through the sticky issues, celebrate wins, and keep moving forward.”

Who's Behind This?

Omer Khan
I'm Omer Khan, founder of SaaS Club and host of The SaaS Podcast, a top 0.5% global podcast with 489+ episodes since 2014.
Twelve years of those conversations means I've watched founders navigate more than one supposed end of SaaS. Mobile was going to kill it. No-code was going to kill it. Every time, the tactics changed and the winners were the founders who made better calls on customers, pricing, and what to build next. AI is the biggest shift yet, but it's the same test.
I also run my own business almost entirely with AI: vibe coding, agentic workflows, AI for research and content. So when the question is which build stack to use, how to price an AI product, or how to stand out when anyone can ship your idea, you're talking to someone making those calls in his own business this week.
I built Traction because I kept seeing the same pattern: smart founders with good products, stuck at a few thousand in MRR, or stalled after the one channel that worked dried up. Not because they lacked ability. Because they were figuring it out alone, and AI now hands them ten confident answers a day with no way to tell which to trust.
Before SaaS Club, I spent 14 years at Microsoft, including as director of product management.
“I found a group of people who share similar challenges and speak the same language. The weekly calls are the highlight - the support from the group and Omer feels like being at home when it comes to building a SaaS. Beyond the calls, the content sharing, AMAs with other members, and in-person mastermind meetings make this incredibly valuable. I’d recommend it for the structure and the down-to-earth approach everyone brings.”

Is This The Right Fit?
This is for you if:
- You’re building software people pay for every month: a SaaS you’re powering with AI, an AI-native product, or an agency where AI does the delivery
- You need a repeatable way to get customers, whether it’s your first channel or your next one after growth stalled
- You’re getting some interest but can’t turn it into a steady flow of customers
- You want a method and honest feedback, not more content to consume
- You’re willing to show up, run the experiments, and ask for help
- You’ve built something and believe in it, but you’re wondering how the AI shift changes the playbook
This is not for you if:
- You haven’t identified an idea, market, or problem yet (you need at least one)
- You grow by hiring more people. If your margin depends on headcount, this isn’t the room
- You want to lurk and take without contributing
- You’re not in a position to invest in coaching right now
- You’ve already got repeatable growth and you’re scaling a team toward $1M ARR (that’s SaaS Club Accelerate)
Frequently Asked Questions
Who is the program for?
Founders building software people pay for every month, who need a repeatable way to get customers. That covers three shapes: a SaaS you’re powering with AI, an AI-native product, or an agency where AI does the delivery instead of people. Founders join anywhere from pre-revenue up to around $20K MRR. The line isn’t a revenue number, it’s the problem. If you’ve already got repeatable growth and you’re scaling a team toward $1M ARR, that’s SaaS Club Accelerate.
I run an agency. Is this for me?
Depends who does the work. If AI does the delivery and you’re productising it, yes. That’s service-as-software: recurring revenue, margin that improves as you grow, no headcount tax. Same problem as any SaaS, and the method works the same way. If your delivery runs on people and growing means hiring more of them, then no. The economics are different, the room wouldn’t be your peers, and I’d rather tell you that now than take your money.
What’s the actual method?
A channel does three jobs: it reaches the right people, makes them care, and gets them to buy. We work them in that order, and we find yours by running small weekly experiments. You try one thing, we read exactly where it broke (reach, message, or close), you fix that one thing and run it again, until a channel clicks. Then you run it once more to prove it wasn’t luck. That’s the Traction Roadmap and the loop you run on it.
Why do you call it a 90-day program if it lasts 12 months?
Because the promise happens fast. In your first 90 days you find and prove your repeatable way to get customers. The 12 months of coaching is how you build that into real traction, with support the whole way. Most programs give you 90 days and then leave. This one doesn’t.
I’m pre-launch. Is this right for me?
If you have a target market, a specific problem you want to solve, or an idea you’re validating - yes. If you’re still looking for an idea, you’re too early. Traction is for founders ready to build, not explore.
I’ve already launched. Am I too late to join?
Not at all. Founders join anywhere from pre-revenue up to around $20K MRR. If you had one channel that worked and then stalled, finding the next one is exactly what we do here.
What if I try everything and no channel works?
The loop surfaces that fast and honestly. If the right people see it, the message is clear, the offer is fair, and still nobody buys, that usually means the problem is upstream: the product or the market, not the channel. That’s a real finding, and the coaching handles it. And the guarantee means you’re never left on your own to figure it out.
What if I have a full-time job?
Many members do and are bootstrapping on the side. The experiments are small and fast by design, so the program fits around your schedule.
Can I vibe-code my SaaS myself instead of hiring developers?
Yes. Members have built complete MVPs using Cursor, Claude Code, and similar tools without writing traditional code. The program walks you through the workflows that actually work for SaaS, not just the toy demos that go viral.
If AI can replicate my product, what’s my moat?
The moat is rarely the code anymore. It’s the customer relationships you build, the positioning you’ve sharpened, and the distribution you’ve earned. Traction is where you figure out which moat is realistic for your specific business and stop chasing the ones that aren’t.
Who runs the program?
Me - Omer Khan. There are no cohorts to get assigned to and no hired coaches. I lead every weekly call myself, I answer every DM, and I know every founder in the community: your business, your numbers, what you’re stuck on. This isn’t a program where you buy access and never hear from the founder.
Will I get 1:1 calls with Omer?
Traction is group coaching, not 1:1 coaching. You get direct access via email and DMs, plus weekly group calls where you can bring your specific challenges.
What time are the weekly live group calls?
Our Collaborative Coaching Calls are on Thursdays at 12pm US Eastern Time (ET), which works for most members globally. All calls are recorded if you can’t make it live.
What happens after 12 months?
You keep lifetime access to all the training. If you’ve got your channel and want to keep the live coaching and community, you can renew at a discounted rate. And if you did the work and don’t have a repeatable channel yet, the guarantee takes over: I keep coaching you at no extra cost until you do.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes. Do the work, and if you don’t have a repeatable way to get customers when the year is up, I keep coaching you at no extra cost until you do. I only win when you do.
Ready to Stop Guessing?
You don't need another quarter of guessing. You need a method, someone reading your results, and a channel that works. Apply now.
